A highly recommended hotel in the South. My family and I stayed here, and we’ve never felt so genuinely pampered. From the moment we arrived, every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere.
What truly stood out was the people. From Concierge to the managers, pool attendants, gym instructors, and the Executive Lounge team, everyone was warm, approachable, and attentive. You can feel that they take pride in making sure every guest is well taken care of.
But what makes this place special is how everyone goes the extra mile, effortlessly and wholeheartedly. Special thanks to Ms. Len, one of the managers, Lawrence from Concierge, Nicole and Kobe from the Executive Lounge, Eva from the team, Curby from the Fitness Center, Amor at the parking, and even the pool attendants. Each of them made our stay even more memorable.
