Manila, 4 November 2021 – Chroma Hospitality, the management company of Crimson Hotels and Resorts in Mactan, Boracay, Filinvest City Manila, Quest Hotels in Tagaytay, Clark and Cebu, and Timberland Highlands Resort was awarded a Virtus Award for the for Most Resilient Business Hospitality Group awarded by the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association during the awarding ceremony last October 29, 2021. This is the second consecutive win of Chroma Hospitality as the group won the Marketing Communications Champion of Resilience Award last year.
The group’s consolidated efforts were this year’s winning entry and it included Project Rise, where the group found a way to get all the employees involved in helping keep the business afloat by generating revenue in whatever way they can. At the height of the pandemic, the group was also courageous enough to open new businesses such as Timberland Highlands Resort, a mountain eco-development positioned to become the next wellness destination in the country, the first Baker J, a French Patisserie – café located at the ground floor of Crimson Filinvest City, Manila.
Chroma Hospitality also launched Take Eat Easy – a food delivery service at Crimson Filinvest City, Manila and now also at Quest Cebu and soon in all other managed hotels.
In terms of the marketing efforts done, which is the main core of the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association, Chroma Hospitality’s managed hotels continued to stay strong and visible in the market by inspiring, motivating and by information campaigns that matter to the audience and current situation.
The Candid with Chroma – web talk series has reached its first year last June and has released almost 30 episodes since 2020. Candid was the contribution to keeping travel and tourism top of mind in the country.
